1. First Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent discipline
from a recognized University
2. Excellent knowledge of Human Resource Management principles, policies, procedures and best
practices
3. Knowledge of Jamaican Labour laws would be an asset
4. Working knowledge of HR Management Information Systems
5. Minimum of three(3) years experience in a Human Resource environment

Requirements:

3. Minimum of 10 years overall working experience with at least 5 years at the
supervisory level in the Insurance Broking Services industry or related sector.
