1. Major in HR management or related field.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and discipline staff.
3. Well versed in HR processes with expertise in the labor laws. Prior experience in
   dealing with the Ministry of Labour/IDT mandatory.
4. Prior experience with HR+ software would be a strong asset. Or similar.
5. At least 5 years’ experience in HR management at a medium sized Jamaican
   company.
6. Resides in the corporate area. Able to make routine visits to our branches on a
   regular basis.
   The salary would be negotiable based on qualifications and experience, and the
   company will provide a fully maintained motor vehicle, health benefits, and uniform
