Founded in 1987, Hamilton Knight Associates
became the first complete career and human resource development service in Jamaica to be established within the Private Sector. Since its inception, HKA has placed priority on providing quality services in: Talent Management, executive and staff recruitment, contracting of professional temps, as well as in human resource development, training career counselling, coaching, outplacement and retirement planning, as well as the organisation of conferences, expos, forums, seminars and cultural events.
HKA has emerged not only as a pioneer in career development but as a leader in the field of human resource development, because of its commitment to quality and its practical insights into the needs of employers, employees, job seekers, career changers, students and graduates. HKA was also instrumental in establishing Jamaica’ first Call Centre Training Institute – The Information Technology Institute in collaboration with BKM Limited of Canada and screened, selected and trained over two hundred persons.
In addition, HKA has trained hundreds of personnel from small medium and large organizations from across Jamaica in its open training programmes in Leadership and Supervisory skills, Customer Service, Telephone Techniques and Telemarketing Strategies as well as in a range of training programmes for career and profession development.
