Hamilton Knight Associates offers over twenty-five (25) years of successful experience in providing human resource (HR) services including recruitment of long-term employees, temporary staffing and professionals on contract for services. The latter provides organisations with the flexibility to retain the services and expertise of senior executives as well as administrative personnel for short term, or long-term projects and special assignments as the need arises and on demand at short notice.

This comprehensive range of services gives us a competitive advantage, in that we are a “One-Stop Resource Centre” with the capacity to deliver relevant, Career and Human Resource Development Services; Consultancy; Counselling: Life Coaching; Recruitment; Outplacement; and Training Workshops and Seminars. We also operate with a cadre of professional associates who work with, and through us, for special interventions and projects. Added to this we maintain an excellent database of executive, administrative and clerical personnel who enable us to deliver “just in time services” and facilitate a flexible arrangement for staffing and special projects.

CAREER ASSESSMENT AND COUNSELLING SERVICES
Psychometric and Career Assessment for identifying:
Career Assessment and Counselling services can range in duration and require varied interventions. Some can be delivered within a Career Development and/or Counselling Package. Those requiring interventions of a clinical nature will be referred. HKA has a list of psychologists and psychiatrists, with whom it maintains rapport and can refer them to our clients when necessary.
Our Career Development and Counselling Packages are geared to relatively short; effective interventions, which facilitate change management; attitudinal adjustments; personal empowerment; development of life management skills; coping mechanisms; as well as career development and retirement planning.
In this regard we are able to put together; cost-effective customised programmes, in relation to the client’s budget and time allocation.
Individuals may access different and/or specific components of the proposed packages at an agreed cost and time frame. This facilitates the degree of flexibility required to accommodate the varying needs of different clients. HKA will work with individual clients in determining these arrangements.
