Human Resource and Career Consultant and Journalist, Gillian Rowlands, publishes articles on career and human resource development as well on jobs and social trends. Her column which ran for 16 years in the Sunday Gleaner newspaper was widely read by thousands of Jamaicans and readers worldwide. A dynamic motivational speaker, she also shares information with organizations and the wider public through conferences, symposia, and expos.
